Return and Refund Policy

Important notice
DanBlocks sells exclusively digital products (Notion templates, digital resources). Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds after the purchase is completed and the product has been delivered.

DanBlocks (www.danblocks.com) is an online platform that sells exclusively digital products, including but not limited to:
Productivity systems, planners, trackers
Guides, worksheets, educational materials
These products are delivered electronically, immediately after payment confirmation, via download link or direct access to content.
Digital products cannot be returned
Under applicable law (OUG 34/2014, art. 16 lit. m), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.
By completing the order and making payment, you confirm that:
- You agree to immediate delivery of the digital content
- You acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the content is delivered
- You have read and understood the product description before purchase
This policy is in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable Romanian legislation.
In exceptional cases, we may consider refund requests in the following situations:
Major technical errors
- The product cannot be accessed or downloaded for technical reasons attributable to us
- The delivered file is corrupted or incomplete and cannot be remedied
- The delivered product differs significantly from the site description
Duplicate payment
If you have been charged twice for the same product by mistake, we will refund the full duplicate amount within 14 working days.
Note: Refunds are not granted for reasons such as "I don't like the product", "I found something better" or "I no longer need the product". We encourage you to read the description and available previews carefully before purchasing.
If you believe you fall within one of the exceptions mentioned above, follow the steps below:
Send an email to hi@danblocks.com within 48 hours of purchase
Include: order number, email used for purchase, description of the issue
Screenshots or other evidence of the technical issue encountered
We will review your request and respond within 5 working days
If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 working days.
Note on physical products
Currently, DanBlocks sells exclusively digital products.
If we add physical products (merchandise, printed products, etc.) to our offering in the future, they will be subject to a separate return policy, in accordance with:
- OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights
- The 14-day right of withdrawal for physical products
- Specific conditions for returning products in original condition
The policy for physical products will be published on the site before the launch of this product category and will be clearly communicated during the purchase process.
